On a pushrod motor, will twisted wedge pistons work with other heads or just twisted wedge heads?

Would it just make my life easier to run twisted wedge heads though? I dont have heads yet, but this is a great deal on these pistons.

If it were me and you knew a good performance machine shop, I'd contact them and they should be able to tell you if your head combustion chamber numbers and the valve reliefs in those pistons are compatable. You can always get bigger valve relieves cut in the pistons if you need to. If your block has ever been decked (milled at the head surface) also will make a difference. If its been milled much, that makes the valve open even closer to the piston.

if you wanna do it right. buy the heads. then buy the matching pistons to achieve the desired compression ratio and required valve reliefs
