Need help finding this common interior piece?!

Don't know the exact name for it, but I'm looking for the piece that acts as a "tube" for the door lock knob. It's small and made of plastic and sits at the very top of the door panel. Hope that explanation of the part helps. Can anyone direct me to one or have one laying around they would part with? Thanks!

Sorry, I thought you were wanting the factory plastic type bezels. You could always paint them black if you wanted the factory look
