Need help!!! Having starting/electrical problems.

Ok so Ive had the car for about 5 year and it's had this issue the whole time. What it does is when you try to start the car it turns over but does not fire. if I pull the timing spout out the car starts right u. I put the spout in car runs great, turn the car off and it does it all over again. The issue has been intermittent and has done it in every phase of my build from stock to H/C/I to turbo kit with quarter horse chip. Like I said it is intermittent and I had to add a switch to turn the spout on and off form inside the car so when the car does not start I don't have to open the hood to fire it up. Car has new dizzy, maf,plugs wires, ground cables, and lots more. Any help would be cool.

Had the same problem with mine, but mine ended up being the grounds.
