Currently i own a 95 gt w/ built 306 w/ t76 master power that is putting down right around 800 hp. I am wanting a new project and love the 99-up mustang body but like the pushrod motors over the mod motors. My goal this time around is 1000 hp using twin turbos. Other than the basic swap of puttting in the motor, tranny, and a 8.8 rearend what is the best approach for the engine management, can i get away with using a 95 wiring harness and computer or am i going to have to do a stand alone system like (FAST). Ive seen this done before but was unsure of what they did to get them on the road.

you could probably get away with the 95 harness, just swap most of it (if not all of it) over with the swap.

if you have both cars, and both are running, id sawp 100% of the computer and dash to each one. then you have the 1000HP new edge running on the 95 ECU; and you can re-sell the 95 as a "modern swap" with the newer motor and maybe make a little money...

definantly lob a call into your local performance shop to get their .02....
