need help windshield wiper switch and cruise control

I have a 94 gt all stock. My cruise control doesnt work nor does my windshield wipers. My wipers only work when my lights are on high and when i make a right turn. If i barely press the switch foward they work. My cruise control doesn't work period. When i press the on and off button at the same time the horn blows lol. Im lost and need some help.All advice and suggestions will be appreciated. thanks

wipers work in the rain while turning right, well that is an easy one to fix, don't turn left!

IT sounds like you have some major electrical gremlins running around in yer dash. Just out of curiosity pop you head up under the dash and see if the wiring is hacked up or if there is any extra stuff(alarms or aftermarket electrical stuff).

the combination switch [IE turn, high beam, wiper switch,] are all in one unit under the plastic cover behind steering wheel the switch is the most likely culprit, only replace with motorcraft any thing aftermarket is Questionable
