Need Help with set-up

Hey guys I have a 95 Vert 5.0 (lot of miles) and today it ran 16.028 at 85mph this is bone stock has a tranny rebuild with some mild upgrades, off road H-pipe and flow master exhaust.... What can I do to get this thing in the low 14 high 13... I am running it for an org called "Beat The Heat" check it out at beattheheatinc.org... Thanks Joe

Heads/cam/intake, gears, sticky tires, a little suspension work, and weight reduction. Or slap a vortech on it

I have a GT 40 upper and lower intake off a 96 exsplorer and BBK shorty headers they all need put on. Heads well $$$$ is the thing right now (haha) As for a cam I was thinking E303 is that good????

First thing to do is buy a set of 3.73 gears and have them installed, it will be like night and day.

The fastest and cheapest way to gain power is by spraying it. A cam is not a necessity, a stock cam can take you into the 10's if you wanted.
