NEED HELP!!!

I have a 95 5.0 that i need some help with i cant seem to get it running right when I turn it on the RPMs rise to about 2300 rpm if i leave it a lone they will go back down but it always does that also when i go on the highway the check engine light turns on but if i let go of the gas pedal it wil flicker same as if i was to step on the gas pedal i have replaced the iac, maf, tps,coolant temp., spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor if you guy or gals know of anything i would appriciate it THANKS

this will tell you whats wrong.

i'm pretty sure that if the CEL goes on and off intermittently, its 02 sensors?

PULL THE CODES then try cleaning the maf first. IT'S FREE and probably needs done anyway. while your cleaning the maf you may as well clean the iac too. after they are both clean inplug the battery for 5 minutes to reset the computer with fresh info.
