Got a guy who sells wheel packages. (Rim and Tire deals, mounted and balanced)

Right now I have the Black Cobra rim but they're beat up a bit and needs new rubber so I decided to just get a new packaged deal. What do you think I should do, same rims just deeper all around and still stagger them, or different rims?

I was actually thinking 18x10 in the front and 19x10.5 or 19x11 in the rear. Then next project would be to drop the car to profile it more. I'm not looking to race the car since I need the license for work and such so I can't fool around like I used to so its all show for now. Once I buy a used engine i'll be working that up for track use, once I drop it in I won't be driving the car at all obviously so avoid a useless ticket.

Back on topic!

Idea's anyone?

in my honest opinion, the best setup for looks and plain driving is probably 17x10.5 rear, and 17x8 front.

10.5 can rub with the wrong tire on it so unless you are going to be rolling the fenders I don't think an 11" will fit, let alone a 19".

You current wheels look pretty cool, isn't there anywhere else on the car you would rather spend the money?

you can fit a 315 tire in the back if you flip the qaud shocks. 17's staggered look pretty good.

I've got 17's Staggered and everything fits in great! I rolled my fenders for piece of mind but i dont think that it was really necessary.

Well I used to have these exact wheels on the car but they were 18x10 I believe in the rear. and as shown for the front (18x9 I think for the front) Wheels size I forget, its written down somewhere around this messy desk.

Well I don't want to DUB it, cause DUB Muscle cars look retarded in my opinion and you should only go so big with a Mustang before it no longer looks nice.

I want a good stance but I want to keep the 18's and stay staggered, I was gonna get these rims in chrome but I'm not sure yet. Then I thought 19's in the rear but I wasn't sure if it would fit. The only other thing I want to spend some cash on would be air brushing but I don't have enough cash or time for that at the moment so maybe next year that would come into play, maybe next few years even.

Some new audio after August (Wedding) like kicker pods and a whole new center console with mids and tweeters just to be different. For now its Rims as the ones I have now 2 are bent and all four are chipped and scratched due to being 3 years old.

Any pics or idea's are GREATLY appreciated!!

ALSO! The rims in the Sig is what I USED to have, now all the rims are like the front rim/tires in the same pic.

All 4 rims are 18x9 I believe all around which I hate cause the rear tires sinks in but with the deep dish it sits evenly which is what I love, I don't even need spacers with 18x10 in the rear.

center consol with mids and tweets? It would certainly be different, and would certainly sound different.

There is a reason that it is very rare to see any speakers in the center of the car, it just sounds bad.......

Well it WOULD sound different Center Console alone but the looks will be different which is what I am going for but I don't want it to look dumb at the same time! lol

It will be from the shifter to where the back seats were and it would be all fiberglass (painted not fabricated because when I air brush the interior that too will be done)

Where the center cargo eara (or whatever its called) will still be in the new console but it will have 2 speakers I think it was and the arm rest wills till be there, a bullet grill and a leather piece for my arm to rest on. Where the e-brake is would be tweeters, I forget how many to be exact but nothing was drawn up, just me and the installer were looking at it just today on rt 46 in Totowa, NJ and we gave ourselves rough ideas of what would and should be done. I think it would look great as long as he continues a 1 piece fiberglass all the way up to the clock area you know?

man I tried to read your last paragraph to understand what want but I couldn't translate it.

From the little bit I could translate about tweeters where the handbrake is I could not think of a worse place to put a speaker sonically speaking... your soundstage will be right around your left ass-cheak, or right side if you are in the passenger seat.

JonBeast, is that what they are? I brought them used so I have no clue But they are nice!

ttocs, I was drunk when I sent that and I'm drunk now lol I'll get back to you BUT that sounds correct, tweeters by or under the E Brake. Also where the Cargo used to be will be custom fitted for 2 or 3 speakers all amp'd..

Is this not good? Would it sound bad if this is done to a Mustang?

it would sound bad in any car. The idea behind a great stereo is to recreate a live show, as if the band was standing on your hood and screaming through the windshield. How many shows have you been to where part of the band is up front and the other half in your right front pocket? Ideally you want all the speakers the same distance from the speaker to your ear to minimize differences in the time it takes for the sound to get to you.

Makes sense actually. Thank you for pointing this out, I saw it done in a few cars but never got to hear the audio but I'll just do the doors and kick pods. I'll most likely do a custom console just with out the speakers and such.
