I really want some slaeens but i hear that they are loud and not daily driver friendly. I want some good looking rims to go with my tinted white 97gt what will be daily driver friendly. Also what lowering springs should i get for the new rims.

I don't think you'd ever have any drivability problems on a wheel like that. The only thing I don't like with replica saleens is that they are HEAVY. I felt my car was a little sluggish after putting my 18" 03 cobras on my car and they are about 10 pounds lighter than rep saleens.

It's about your priorities, look good and cheap, or authentic saleens, fast, expensive, and still look good.

No matter what 18" wheels you have (well dont take me literally but generally) will all sound the same, they shouldnt be loud mine are silent...chances are who ever told you that had crap ass noisy tires. I wouldnt waste money on authentic saleens just get reps. of course accel and braking will drop slightly because of the weight of the wheels.

my rims don't make any noise lol but my tires start to hum after about 50mph. It's really hard to hear unless your listening for it.
