Need some help asap fuel pump issue

ok guys i got my motor tranny etc in today, went to start the car and well no fuel to the rails....checked the pump plug with a test light and no power , fuse checks out right ... any ideas

got a forged sb with ported pi heads , mod max cams , long tubes all the bells and whistles only real fuel mod thus far is professional producs fuel rail and reg.....

did you check the inertia switch?

is that the switch in the trunk?

yes it is.

If the switch checks out ok, check the fuel pump relay

ok went in a little deeper and the problem is worst then expected..... the car isnt getting any fire also....

the theft light blinks all the time , and also when i tried to put my sct in , when it says turn key to on position it wont go any further..... i think my ecu is blank , when the motor was out i pulled the tune out of it so a friend could use my handheld.... could this be the issue?
