I wasn't sure where to post this, but I put my car on craigslist just for the heck of it to see what I could get for it. I put it on there for 7000 which is unreasonable and I wasn't expecting to get anywhere near that but I recieved an e-mail last night from someone that was going to give me 5800. I love my car and I would hate to part with it because I just put on my x-pipe with my magnapack catback. It is also a 95 with 103000 miles on it, does anyone think I should sell it to see if I can get something better?

Keep in mind that an email offer off CL for $5800 has about a 1% chance of being true, unless someone is standing in front of me handing me the cash I dont believe any CL offers

$50 says if you accept the offer the next reponse will be either "I need your full name, addess adn information so I can send my shipped with a money order, I will gldly make it for $6000 and you can keep the difference for your trouble" or they simply will never show up

Dont you wount find anything (mustang wise) but a npi for the same price...

I know of 4V Cobras going for around $6k around here so that's not entirely true.

Honestly, that offer seems entirely reasonable to me. You have pretty low miles though but it's still just a GT. I'd sell mine in a heartbeat for $4k, it just depends on what you want to do.

Did the CL email say "is your item still for sale"? lol I've been getting 100+ spam CL emails a day since I listed my wheels. If you want to get rid of your car, sell it. If not, keep it. I wouldn't take less than $5k though.
