Does anyone have any good links to timing my 4.6? I'm going to start putting the engine back together and I was trying to get a good link, but the computer at work is slow as hell! ... I don't have the Ford tool or the Anderson tool, I plan on just using the timing marks. Thanks for the help, guys...

set the #1 piston (front pass. side) to TDC (you can use the mark on the front timing cover and the "notch" in the balancer).

take your chains and lay them flat on a table w/ the long lengths touching each other and running parrallel to each other. the 2 links that are perpendicular to the long lengths are now your timing lengths.. mark these w/ a sharpy, white out etc.

take those 2 links and put them on the marks of the crank gear and the cam gear.

or you can go on modulardepot.com and look in there article section for the cam timing article.
