how about pictures of the camera pod, or what you used to rig the camera to wherever its attached?

Tangent: I never understood how people can drive around with the shift light blinking right in your face like that... If I ever felt the need to buy one, I would probably put it somewhere thats not in direct sight of the path I'm looking, like mounted in the AC vent or something.

you get used to it! i dont mind it at all. i actually like it..

it helps me for thos night runs i never have to look for the tach, once the light shoots up bam shift!

thats pretty cool. I was looking into getting one thats designed for mounting on the outside of the car. same basic concept, but its not a $10 ebay piece. I wouldnt ever trust that thing to hold a camera on the outside of the car, but I imagine it works fine inside the car, as my ipod dock doesnt move much on me, which is suction mounted as well.

When I took a video inside my car, I ended up just taking a tripod and wedging it over-top of the hump between the seats in the back. It worked alright for a free alternative, but a suction mount would definitely be a little more sturdy. does the arm flex much with the vibration of the car?

on super bumpy roads it starts to shake but i just made a support for it with rubber bands and as u can see stiff suspension and bumppy roads are no longer an issue

i never liked the shift light deal either, i just listen for 5600rpm and shift when i hear it.

i understand them for 4 bangers cause who can tell how fast a weedeater is spinning.
