So Im trying to find a good clutch to purchase, looking on ebay etc..Found these "F1" racing clutches..not sure if theyre any good..but have also been told about Spec, king cobra etc..But im tight on cash..And my mods really arent that hairy to support a 300 dollar clutch..

My question is, my buddy has a flywheel from his car we can use..but is it a good idea to buy a performance flywheel now too? Is it going to be that much worth it to do so?

Heres a link to one of them..

from their website:
Clutch Kits include: clutch disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing, and alignment tool.

If i were you, i'd buy a ford TOB.

I can get a king cobra "Stage 2" clutch for around 170..
Is the spec really worth another 50 bucks? Just curious..does it just last longer? Or preform better..? OR both? lol..

King Cobra is going to have a tougher pedal.

If you want quality I would look at clutchmasters. I have had their stage 3 in my car for three years, and I drive the crap out of it everyday, still holds like new. Oh, and if you don't want a heavy pedal, then get anything thats not a stage 3. Get caught in traffic with one, and prepare for a workout!
If it was me I would look for the one that's gonna last the longest, not just the cheapest easiest thing you can find. Are you installing it yourself or paying a shop?

I had a Spec 2 in my 95GT w/ a T5 and it seemed to be fine. After I sold the car got a call from the owner saying he fried it, not sure how he did I drag raced w/ it and it held fine for me.

Currently have a Centerforce Dual Friction in the Cobra, I smoked that one but thats after 3 years of track abuse and 5K dumps on slicks the past 2 years and not sure of what abuse it had before that. I'll be putting another CFDF in later this month.
