Thanks guys.

Yea I've already looked into an intake and some exhaust for it. Don't want to dive into the motor yet. But intake exhaust and tune should make decent power.

And it is a driver, so got to keep it under control for a while haha.

Freakin' Sweet pick up dude!!!
I love mine. Almost twins....mine has the red/black interior but looked just like your when I got it.
These things respond to well to simple stuff.

My recommendations -
Rotofab or Vararam cold air kit
Rick Crawford ported stock throttle body
Rick Crawford ported stock intake
Rick Crawford custom tune
LS7 Mass air meter
Long tube headers (I run OBX) and whatever catback you like.
3.45 gears from a Camaro SS differential swap.

Just those alone will get you consistent mid 12's on street tires!

Later on a Little Lunati camshaft, DOD delete, and some ported/milled stock heads with LS3 valves will get you mid 11's!

That's my combo and I love it!

Good luck!

Haha I thought you picked one up. Nice! I'm happy with the black interior. It is way too quiet though.

Good to know, I'll be looking that stuff up! But I am just finishing the turbo on the mustang and it needs a tranny pretty bad so kinda gotta pick and choose. I would be really happy with a 12 sec daily haha

At least get a tune and cold air kit. That alone will turn off the dreaded DOD and make it shift much better.
Rick is the MAN for tunes so I highly recommend him. He uses HP Tuners so you can get the file and do it yourself if preferred.

Also keep a check on your front lower control arms. These are notorious for having issues and causing a vibration when you hit the brakes.
Mine were shot at 89k miles when I got my car.

There's a lot of great info at the following links -

Yea I would like to get cold air and some exhaust on it with a tune. With HP tuners, that is pretty much a stand alone? Not too familiar with it. From what I'm reading the "handhelds" aren't that popular with these cars?

And I can't seem to find prices on any of that Rick Crawford stuff.
