New from Canada

New from Alberta , Canada. I'm a chevy guy ( :shocked: ) , but my wife and brother both own mustangs. My wife owns a 2004 vert gt , and my brother owns a 1995 gt (Saleen clone). The 04 is stock for now , runs great. The 95 has a saleen body kit , real saleen wheels 18'' (stamped saleen by the valve steam) , lowered , some suspension work done already , 351w already swapped in , t5. The 351 needs a rebuild sounds like a spun bearing.

Welcome to the madness.
I was a chevy guy for most of my adult life as well. No more. with the govt bail out and endless recalls I'm done with GM. My wife still drives a 99 burb and it's been a great truck. but when it's time for a replacement... there won't be a bow tie on the front.

Welcome to the community! Most of my friends and relatives are all bow-tie fans as well, so I guess that makes me the odd ball of the family since all the vehicles I've ever owned were Ford. My brother is big time into the 3rd gen camaros, so we have a friendly rivalry that's been going on for years, but that pretty much all boils down to this:

When we needed a second vechile we bought a 2010 SRT8 jeep.

Yeah pretty sure that's why the 351 needs a rebuild , spun a bearing trying to run against my ls1 Camaro.....lol
