new from indiana

Hi everybody! ive been a member here for a little while but never post really. Gotta say this is the best mustang forum! This is my 98 GT that is still a work in progress but i believe all mustangs are a work in progress in some way. I didn't have any tire shine so that cuts the looks down to me but look past it please. I just put the S281 wing on and my original plan was to paint it red like the rest of my car but its really growing on me keeping it black. It flows with the tinted tails in my opinion. I also have a cobra hood waiting to get painted and will be put on very soon. The wheels and tires on it were there when i bought it so theres not much i can do with that aspect until i get the money saved up to get me some new wheels and tires. im done ranting now so give me your opinions and comments! oh and i know the exhaust is crooked as hell but i couldnt skip the opportunity to take photos on such a nice day here in indiana

Is your back bumper not bolted up correctly? There seems to be a rather large gap between your decklid/taillights and your bumper.
Other than that and the crooked exhaust, i'd say you have a really nice looking car.

Ferocious> i never looked to see if the bumper is bolted up correctly. i always thought i just had to deal with the bad fitment of it. you gave me something to do tomorrow!

I don't know how much adjustment is in the bumper, but it looks to me like the bumper is fine (by late 90s ford standards anyways)

I'd start with the tail light housings. I bet that you'll find the real problem lies there.

I thought that was how they were made? look at the 2nd pic its flush mine is like that also I thought it was the way they came am i wrong ?

Does the papermill still stink up the town? Its been a long time since I had to drive through there, lord knows it was never the destination...

toccs> haha it did stink up the place until it was tore down. that happened around a year or so ago. this town still stinks though. i think its permanent! this place is definitely not a destination. it sucks for college kids but i have big plans to get out of here
