New guy from WA state

Hey all, new guy here. Just picked up my 2nd mustang. A Tropic Green '01 GT convertible. Never was a convertible guy before but this thing came with a laundry list of mods at a great price so I couldn't turn it down. There are a few things I want to add (and a few things I might remove). Anyway, I'll do my best to be active around here.

Thanks! She has most of the mods I would have done if I was starting from scratch so I'm super happy. I've always liked green even though I've never wanted a green mustang. It is a very nice color.

Thanks! Edited original post with mod list! I will, admittedly probably be removing the NOS kit. I think I want to add some sort of Carbon fiber ducktail spoiler and a carbon fiber cowl hood. Termi bumper (sooooo original) Eventually change the wheels to something a bit "cooler" (even though these are very nice wheels), possibly air ride and maybe even paint it Gulfstream Aqua (in a very unrealistic part of this dream)

Edit: also would like to boost it someday but that's probably faaaar off. I really wanna hear that whiiiiiine

I really like the yellow fogs. What type of driving do you do with the car? It has a pretty cool suspension set-up. The carbon hood with the green or aqua would be raw as fuck. Huge fan of colored cars with black carbon hoods. Also a fan of super chargers lollll
I have 2 of those wheels, what are they?

I just like cruising but I could see myself auto crossing it. I also think the carbon hood would look sick on either color. Those wheels are the American muscle bullit style. These are 17" and I don't know the exact width. I'll have to measure. Surprisingly the guy gave me a spare front wheel. This whole car was a killer deal hahaha.
Edit: it also came with a beefy aftermarket sway bar that I haven't installed yet

Thanks for the welcome! The body/paint itself has some issues but the color hides it well.

Thanks guys! You know, green wasn't my first choice but after owning it, it's a really nice green. I said the same thing about my laser red back in the day. Bought it on a cloudy day and it just seemed like a boring red (but the price was right) the first sunny day BAM that color just exploded off of every corner.

You gotta love Ford painted vehicles for that!
I get what your saying about the green. I wasnt a fan of my Cobras paint mostly because it sat inside for most of its life and I never seen it outside.
My Performance Red cobra is red with a shaded sun shine. When the clouds part and the sun shines, the paint shifts to a brilliant orange. Makes looking at the car more interesting

Super nice car car and tasteful. LOVE the color. Had a few verts so far although I need planned on one, 83 gt, 94 gt, 95 gt , 12 4.0 and a 90 lX, v8 (hatch), still have the fox body and just bought a 2018 gt with pp1. Have a 01 coupe now, already have the typical Cobra front bumper and air ride ready. Just need time to finish.
