they are new wires and i switched them around still dumps the fuel out the exhaust and i took the plugs out and left them hook to the wires and they are sparking and its like it has a fuel leak or something could the fuel pressure regulator be screwed up?

you could have a fuel injector stuck open it would still allow the car to run but will not burn all the fuel off. and if you have fuel at the exhaust your cats if present will not last long.

This also can cause a rich missfire where the fuel ratio is too high to even ignite, and if your car has no cats and it still has o2's on it they will try to compensate for the lack of variation on the o2 signals by leaving the car in open loop so it will just dump fuel at the problem to try to keep cyl temps down.

i had raw fuel coming out of my driver's side exhaust tip (i have true-duals) i had a code for driver side bank too lean. my O2 sensor was bad and sending reading saying it was too lean so the computer tried to compensate for too much air even though my air/fuel ratio was fine. in turn, it added unnecessary fuel to the driver's side bank.

do you have any check engine codes?

i would say start by checking the injectors, might have one stuck open. Like someone else mentioned, i'd get it worked out before too long if they put a mid pipe with cats on the car when the put the duals there. because it'll stop up the cats in no time.
