Hii, Im new here my name is Cassie. I have a 2003 Redfire Mustang GT. I need help finding a tire size for the rear of my car that doesn't look hideous! My friend talked me into getting 275/40r17 and they look lowkey crazy I want something to fill up the wheel wells in the back thank you all in advance the suspension is stock height too.

Welcome aboard, Cassie! If you have stock wheels, you’re limited as to the tire size that will correctly fill in that rear wheel well.

Mine is a ‘95, so wheel well is likely somewhat different, but I ran 315/35x17’s which really filled in the rear wheel wells, but that required a 17x10.5” wheel which I purchased from LMR.com

Another option is to go to 18’s all around. The slightly taller wheel fills in the wheel wells quite nicely, but it’s more expensive. Maybe members with 18’s will chime in and provide photos?
And also, maybe post a thread in the ‘96-‘04 Forum asking same. Good luck and have fun with it!!

I own the same exact '03 GT I bought new. Here is a couple of pics of my upgrades.Front Tires are 275-35-18 and Rears are 275-40-18.
