New runs with slicks 11.35 @ 121

Got to test out the slicks, best of the night was 11.35 @ 121 with a 1.65 60 foot.

Still got a bit more left in it I bet...the shifting was a bit early 1-2 2-3

Slicks are an amazing thing.

lol, well its nearly a full second from street tires...i think I ran like 12.2 on street tires, 11.7 on drs, now 11.35 on slicks.

I wasnt launching full with the Drs.

And I would have loved to fix my shift points up a bit, I really think it was 11.2x in it as it sits.

lol, jk..the power is there but it really depends on how you can drive and get the power down...you will definately need atleast a drag radial with your suspension.

I need a full out slick to hook with sportlines.







Not to be discouraging but the manual guys struggle....there was a 405 rwhp 04 gt there tonight running 12.9 @ 114 mph...my car only made a best of 384 rwhp.

Do you have a strip anywhere near you?

04 pi motor with a vortech at 11 psi...thats it.

And suspension is just sportlines tokico blues with MM extrede duty LCAs..not drag oriented really.
