I want more power and a new exhaust system. Any suggestions. On the exhaust i want that deep rumble. Thinking about doing electric exhaust cut outs too. As far as power Vortec supercharger? any good tuners here in the Northeast. What would be a good budget for this. I want to get around 400 hp

unless you change the intake and heads, might aswell change the cam while you are at it.
its going to be pretty hard to meet your goal.

Yes, get a Vortech S-trim.

as far as the exhaust, check on top of the 94-95 section we have a sticky with several exhaust vids
listen to them and take your decision.

and where about Northeast?

Easily run 12's. We just finished a member's car today, and it got over 300 rwhp with heads, cam and intake, and still running the sn elbow on the intake. That's good for 12.2X easily with traction.

Your going to get a Better sound with a H/C/I setup then just with a supercharger.

What???? Win = Loose, lol. j/p I love the whine. :0)

You can never go wrong with Flowmasters, Mac or one of the summit/jegs knock offs if you're cheap. (Always go for stainless if you can swing it.)

400rw is pretty easy but if it where me, I'd leave the stock cam and get a decent low priced turbo kit. (It you just want to jump to 400 without the need of pulling apart your LB.)

I've never put a centri on a SBF, only roots so I don't know how cost effective they are.

The Stock cam is actually pretty decent for a power adder. You obviously wont have the lope but you'll hit 400 without batting an eyelash.

unless you do an intake and heads swap
it going to be hard to get to 400hp,

example:
306,TFS ported heads, tfs intake and off the shelf cam = 350hp

stock longblock + KB = 314 hp

sbf isnt hard

if you want to hit 400 do
a mild HCI and a blower youd hit 400+ easy

Yeah and there is nothing magical about the 306 either. Just a 302 that was bored out to make sure it was ok. If the 302 was ok you can throw them on there and achieve very very close to those #'s

Turbos are more expensive than h/c/i or a supercharger?

Look at the for sale section here or on corral, you can find a used blower for around 1500 shipped, 10 psi should be good for 320 to the wheels add heads and intake and your in the 450 range
