No 2nd 4th or reverse.

I was driving my car around today and it wouldn't go into 4th gear. So i when i got to school i tried backing up into a spot and it felt like reverse wasn't there anymore. (It has always had a problem with reverse it would always pop out unless you slammed it back into reverse) Then when i'm leaving for my lunch break i go to take off and it slips out of 2nd :angry4:. I do have a SR performance short throw (http://www.americanmuscle.com/stack-racing-short-throw.html) but ive had it for about 3 months now. PLEASE HELP! I haven't gotten the chance to look under the shifter boot or get under the car at all.

sounds like the shift fork inside the trans is bent . Thus NOT allowing the trans to go fully in gear.

put a stock shifter on see if it still does it. i had a shifter from american muscle that wouldnt let me go into those gears either lol the stops were ****ed up
