no exhaust

well i took the exhaust off of my GT and drove it around for awhile and it seemed to lose power? is there a reason for this?

depending on how much of the "exhaust" that you took off you can also be causing damage to the exhaust valves driving it like that

yeah ive heard that before too, something about cold air rushing in and touching the hot exhaust valves..??

I've only heard that happens when you have open headers...once you put a mid-pipe it is long enough to make sure the cold air doesnt get to far up the pipe.
