Hello, name is Skip. I've been into Mustangs for all my life and have been lucky enough to have owned quite a few through the years. I've owned a few SNs including 3 Cobra's, but dont currently have an SN in the stable. I'm shopping for one of them now for my Stepdaughter as the SN is her favorite body style. Not much else to tell. I'm an old friend of Steve@CJPonyparts from multiple websites as well as on my website and a few I participate on. Normally I'm pretty heavy into helping with Tech and such but with limited time I likely will only be able to lurk here on occasion. Anyway, just wanted to give a shoutout and if there are any other friends over here ( White95, Mikey94GT ) I wanted to say hello to them too. Yall have a good one,
ROLL TIDE ROLL !!!

Ahoy Boats!! Glad you found your way to my favorite haunt, [mostly] great group of people here. You'll find we have quite the diverse crowd here. We have everything from drift guys to hardcore open track racers and evything in between. Great group of moderators and an admin, MustangChris, that likes to rub sardines on his body so his neigbors cat has something to do on saturday afternoons. Skip is one of the guys I'm proud to call a mentor concerning Mustangs. I would listen to any tech advice he gives.

Welcome to sn95forums!!

Thanks for the kind words yall ! Josef we've been buds for so long now that it's sometimes hard to remember the days when you were first starting out in the Stang hobby, and even though you're an LSU fan, I was always happy to help out with your questions LOL !

My 15yo used to be bigtime into Foxes, but has moved on to a like for the S197 and SN. Maybe thats a byproduct of her having spent so much time in my 97 Cobra when she was little, maybe not. My 7yo is TOTALLY into Foxes though and swears that the Vert in my sig is going to be her car when she's old enough. I guess time will tell. Just looking for a screaming deal on an SN for the 15yo for now and will worry about the younger daughter when her time comes. Enjoying lurking here so far :)

Serving our fine country was my pleasure and honor and I wouldn't hesitate to go back out if I was ever needed again... God Bless America !

Thank you for your service as well. Your insignia looks like you were a Petty Officer 1st Class BM? My brother is currently enlisted in the US Navy as well... stationed in San Diego right now as a Petty Officer 3rd Class MM.

Cats ?! Wildcats as in K State ? If so, they surely had a good season last year !

I was indeed a Boatswains Mate and while I was actually selected for Chief Petty Officer before leaving the service at the 13 year mark, BM1 (SW/MCS) was my last paygrade for pay purposes hence the avatar. Had a really good time while I was in, started in San Diego at RTC/NTC in 1986, went to FLEASWTRACENPAC for my next command, then off to the East Coast on assignment to the USS Grapple ( ARS-53 ) for a hitch before transfer to the USS O'Bannon ( DD-987 ), then Military Correctional Officers School at Ft. McClellan, AL. before 3 and a half years on the SWAT Team at the Navy Prison in Charleston, SC. Following that I was the Bosun on the USS Caron ( DD-970 ), and finished up my career as the LPO, MAA, CCC, and Training Officer at Sima 908/NMCRC Tallahassee, FL. There were some not so fun times mixed in there, but I choose to remember the fun ones mostly LOL ! Pass along to your brother my thanks for him "standing the watch", it's MUCH appreciated !!!
