Odd Issues with Car

So far everything is fine with the car with the exception of one thing. Ill be driving and when I'm accelerating everything is fine, however when I'm just cruising sometimes my car leans out (my A/F ratio gauge goes red then off the red chart) and my car kinda feels like someone tapped the brakes. When I re apply gas it chutters and then my A/F Gauge reads stoich/rich and everything goes back to normal.

Any thoughts?

fuel pressure gauge that you can see while it occurs? kinda sounds like pump is going or like signal to pump is erratic for some reason. bad o2 sensor could cause the signal to pump to reduce fuel but seems like that would be a problem at other times also. sticking injector could be a cause also. these are just the ideas at tip of mind.

Ive adjusted the Fuel Pressure and it doesnt change anything.

Im happy it isnt my rad, but Im still having overheating problems (thinking its my CCRM)
