So after i installed the clutch i took the car out for a spin. I noticed a Vibration so i promptly went back and turned the driveshaft 180 deg. It is only on deceleration below 2000 rpms. Any ideas?? I did torque every bolt i put back in to the specs listed. So i am unsure as to what it is..... The only thing i can think of is possibly the driveshaft, flywheel or pressure plate is out of balance or maybe even the clutch disc... What do you guys think??

I have no idea, most manuals have a tiny bit of vibration during deceleration. Is this an extreme vibration? Also, what type of clutch did you install in the car?

Pilot bearing...?.When mine went out it did it during decelaration at low speed and especially when in reverse, and I had to wait for the rpms to drop before I could shift into any gear...Before you mess something up I would pull it all out and double check it just to be safe..It could be something else that nobody thinks of too, your best bet is to double check everything...I know it sucks, but it will be worth it...keep us posted

OK ijust went out on a drive.... The only time i now have a vibration is upon decel when i am in 2nd gear about 20mph or less thats the only time... I am going to drive on it for a few more days back and forth to work( 14 miles round trip) to see how it acts

Looking around and found that Zoom makes a pilot bushing for our cars and it's Nylon/Kevlar composite material. Do you guys think you would do that ??? I am just going to redo everything in a couple months with new bolts for the pressure plate new flywheel and new alum driveshaft so i am going to throw a New TO bearing and also a new Pilot bushing/ bearing since i will have it down what do you guys think??
