Well, looks like my dip stick is FUBAR. When shop installed LTH seems they damaged it. Looking for suggestions to deal with it. Should I replace it or should I just plug it? Car is only used on the track and I change oil after every 500 miles or 6 months. So plugging it seems like the easiest. Ideas???

Don't think they are threaded, I tapped the motor I did for a 1968 Cus the dipsticks on the timing cover. But I used a
Allen head plug

its not threaded, it just slides in. mine was messed up from the junk headers previous owner put on so whem i put on my bbk's we extended the length of the bracket that bolts to the header bolt and rebent the tube to make it seal back up nice and tight.
