sounds fuel related, fuel pump, mass air, regulator, fuel filter.

sounds like a combination of problem's and you seem to have the answer! but obviously want to here it from others...
fuel filter need's replacement.
mass need's cleaning.
bad injector need replacing.
Now you know these things are wrong with the car replace these items before a shop chargges you $300 to do so!
now these may not be what is causing your problem, but why not take care of them before taking the car to a shop, they will still tell you these items are also causing or adding to your problem just to get you for more $$$....
