p.i. intake question

i just got my pi intake for 50 dollars, i was just wondering what size drill bit do i need and tap for the aluminum crossover

don't bother.. someone told me, i think it was scarface said drill threw the top of the thermostat housing.

Suprisingly I didnt have to drill through anything, and my alternator bracket fit. It was already tapped. Yours may be too.

you use a 37/64 bit and a 3/8 NPT pipe tap. If you can't find the bit use a 9/16th and use a fair amount of pipe tape and RTV. Mine is sealed that way and is holding up just fine for over a year.
