pedistal roller rockers

I found some roller rockers for my car. he says he has the arms and the pedistals. so will i just reuse my stock bolts and buy new shims?

Basically, if you need shims at all. Pedestal rockers are cake compared to adjustable in some ways.

Cool just wanted to make sure i knew what i was buying. Do you know where a good how to is on installing pedestal rockers is?

I suggested look on comp's or even ford racings website. It's not awfully difficult, just pull the upper intake of, pop your covers off and pull the rockers off. However I will say that you won't see much of anything by putting them on

What rockers did/are you getting?

The Cobra 1.7's?? If they are the Cobra 1.7's (Crane Energizer) make sure you do NOT torque them to the stock rocker specs. I made that mistake on my last set and it shattered the fulcrum of the rocker. I think stock is like 25 ft lb. Only torque them to like 18.

ya they are the cobra 1.7's. Ive been reading up on it 1/4 to 1 turn after zero lash to 18ft. lbs
