Photoshop requests please!

Can anyone "Ferocious" make my hood red I know its almost impossiable because the hood is black but just get it close .I have ben trying to contact a local guy
about painting it but he hasnt answerd me back yet I would just like to get an idea . cus I think I might want to go back with a chrome pony and maybe some new 5.0 badges until I can paint the whole car.
