Pick-up coil?

I have noticed a problem with my stang over the past year. The car seems to run perfectly fine. But when i start it on a cold start it cranks forever before starting. Now if i shut the car off for a little while and start it back up it fires fine. What could this be? Seems to do this more so when the tank gets lower. Thanks for the help guys

fuel pump? filter? fuel pressure regulator? plugs, wires, cap, rotor?

the only thing that isnt new is the pump.
