I will be running a 125 shot on my Zex wet kit and I'm wondering what plugs others are using and whats best for my setup?

I know that coppers are what I need to go with and probably 2 steps colder, but how do you determine heat range on a plug when purchasing them?

I will also be buying a SCT livewire tuner. Will I be able to program plug heat and spark from it and not have to worry about buying a plug with a certain heat range?

You will want 2 steps colder. For instance a Motorcraft stock range would be 32, one step colder would be 22 and two steps colder would be 12. The 12C coppers is what you would want in this case for Motorcraft. You would have to cross reference them for other brands.

There is not way to program a plug or type of plug in any type of PCM. You can not program a plug to become a different heat range. If you are going to run that nitrous setup I would have a local dyno shop tuning it for you to be on the safe side. Guessing or relying on the manufacture's quoting that no tune is required is crazy. Or at least have a dyno pull done with a/f to see where you are at and if you are safe. Also, depending on the age of your fuel pump I would be looking at upgrading it also.
