so i have no clue where to start lol im not really into polishing things like this so any suggestions would be great thanks guys

i dont know if you can polish them... i think they are cast. i may b wrong tho.... maybe look into having them plated??

you'll never get those to shine. You should just send them to me and I'll send you my stock GT calipers. I'll need the brackets too, of course. :)Just start sanding. Begin with course 150-220 grit and work your way down 400, 600, 800-1000 grit then break out the aluminum polish. Wear gloves and have fun.

heading over to my friends house in a few to get to work should have them done and pics up later today

thorco3 is the polishing expert and I think he polished his calipers or part of them anyway. As they said, get some 220 grit sand paper and start rubbin it. When you get all the powder coating off of them and get it smooth, then go up to 400, then 600-800, then 1k, 1500 and so on...

just keep rubbing. When you think you are done, rub some more.... Then when you are done sanding, start rubbin it to polish it. When you think you are done, rub it some more......

well i got one almost done im doing some painting on the them but you will have to wait to see what i do

here is what took me three hours of work n i love it so far

after sanding it took forever lol

Should have just paint matched haha. Been done in 20 mins! Come a long way though, I sure didn't think it was going to look that good.
