PVC stopped up, gasket baked hard and needs to be replaced, vacuum leak going to the PVC.. possible vacuum leak elsewhere also causing PVC to not have enough vacuum.. or blowby from the rings and not a PVC issue at all.. is it using oil? What do the spark plugs look like?

I don’t really know to be honest with you and I don’t have tools or the knowledge to take apart the motor. I can upload photos tomorrow afternoon.

It will idle normal but when I get going the rpm stay at 2-3k when I push in clutch to change and when I come to a stop and only start to come down when I come to a full stop.

You have a breather where a cap should be. You probably need to verify if you’re pcv valve is there and hooked up properly and working before doing anything else https://www.google.com/search?clien...ient=mobile-gws-wiz-serp#imgrc=xLuqq0SG4QbKkM
There is no breather in the 94/95. Unless he made some changes you very well could be getting unmetered air in the motor there. But this is an easy test just throw some tape over it or a bag and some rubber bands and we can find out.

Yep. The previous owner tried to "fix" something that doesn't need fixing.

The hose that runs from the intake tract to the nipple on the oil filler is present, and it looks like I see what appears to be the PCV hose running along/under the driver's side of the intake. If that's the case, then the breather is most definitely allowing unmetered air into the system, and is very likely the cause of your "hanging" idle.

If the PCV valve and hose are missing, you should replace them, and get an OEM oil cap. PCV present or being replaced, I would also pull the screen from the back of the intake and clean/replace it and replace the PCV grommet as well. The PCV system plays an important role in removing contaminants and moisture from the oil, and regardless of what you may read, is is not "just emissions crap."

Does it have to be oem oil cap because that might be hard to find and get as I live in south Louisiana and we have a hurricane coming tomorrow

Whenever you do get a chance to look into it, the PVC system helps keep sludge and goopage from accumulating under your valve covers and in the valley of the engine. I agree with previous replies, it's a very important part of your engine's breather system. I'm right now cleaning up a mess from mine's PO who left mine in a cobbled up mess and under the valve covers was a gooped up baked on mess.. If I left it that way instead of checking it out and cleaning it up the top end of mine would have been starved for oil and short of live for sure. The PVC system is very important and needs to work properly!
