pressure plate

Well, i made the mistake of ordering the wrong parts. I ordered the Ford Racing clutch disk (m7550x302) thinking it was the whole disk. My dilema now is which pressure plate to order. I've seen this one M7563A302N and a couple of others (b302n and c302n). Anyone one know the difference?
