I came across a lightly used pro 5.0 shifter with the handle that I am hoping to pick up tomorrow. I thought I had heard about some bushings that were good to isolate it from the body to reduce vibrations as well as heat? Does anyone have a link to it?

This comes at a perfect time as I am waiting for the custom matching shift boot/ brake boot/arm rest cover that should be ready any day now! I will install everything when I fix the heater core which at this rate will be right when it warms up.....

The instructions that came with my Tri-ax recommended that you use a liquid gasket maker to reduce vibration and seal it. It was a worthy trick!

I don't suppose there are any retailers that carry these that would allow me to pick them up in person?
