problem

kind of weird problem, not quite sure what it is. Car drives fine and everything, if im driving and decide to peg it, it almost sounds like its bouncing off the rev limiter while its picking up speed (slowly) yet the exhaust crackles like i was downshifting (its an automatic). i have no idea what it is. any ideas?

i really hope its not the tranny, i replaced the fuel filter cause that looked like shit but it wasnt that. what do you mean kicking down?

When you "kickdown" say your doing 40mph,put your right foot to the floor,the box should drop a gear and you should start moving really quick !!

sounds like a spark issue... coils, plugs, wires...
