They are identical EXCEPT, the PP will come with a lot of casting flash. If you have a dremel and can clean it off...your good to go.

I am sure PP sent 5.0 a beautiful version because it was going in an article..

From the examples I've seen in person and on the internet, they have significant casting flash and often port alignment is pretty crappy too. They are cheap chinese castings versus Edelbrock who casts everything in the USA, and has far superior quality control.

lol, i've heard many different things about them now, some people like them some dont, i dont want to buy a intake then have problems with it or regret buying it, so maybe i will save up the extra cash for a edelbrock

Cheap price = cheap product.

No one is going to make a product the same quality as the front runners and sell it at a significantly lower price. Just does not work that way

Don't waste your time. The biggest thing to me is that the lower doesnt have the ability to use the PCV filter and screen. You end up sucking up alot of oil from the valley into the intake. It's junk, didnt like mine

k thought so, i didnt think edelbrock would put their name on a sketchy product, i think ill go with edelbrock, they've been around for years and are a trusted name, if they're still around after this long they must be doing something right

true if our dollar gets better i could buy them in the states and not have to pay duty on them either then humm, although their wasnt much price difference i think the performer set up here was about 600 for the upper and lower

See no one tells you that about that intake. I got mine and was like "what the hell.. " when it lacked the little ledge to set it in there. Needless to say i was pissed when the car started sucking up oil.
