Well I'll let the pictures do most of the talking.

When I first bought it, after a quick install of some sportlines.

This is on it's way.

324 cid mexican block, FAC heads, CI TLSR, Super Victor, 90mm TB, Kooks 1 3/4's, 3" h-pipe, FlowPath mufflers, Superior 31 Spline Axles, FMS 4.56s, Astro A5 Transmission, ProMotion custom clutch. Should be a fun daily driver!

Engine is on its way to get installed in the car. Hopefully the car will be with me in 3 weeks max. I'll update it as soon as I get it!

Thanks Daz, it's been a long 3 miserable years without my SN. So close, yet so far. As soon as it all together and running, I'll make plenty of videos and take plenty of pictures, something I didn't do before.

Badass! One of these days I'll also have Jim and Jay work there magic on a little small block to put in my coupe. Hopefully sooner than later.

Dude, it's been a long time coming. I hope this combo is exactly what I expect. I don't think I'll be disappointed.

I just re-read your post and wondered where I had listed Jim, how did you know? Not that it matters, just asking.

those gears aren't too much for it? you don't see too many pushrods going with high gears.

Why do you say this? Some argue they are too steep for the street, but most of who say this have never even been in a car with that steep of a gear. I drove friends SN cobra with 4.56s, talked to another buddy who ran them in his 01 mach 1, and worked the math. Will be doing around 2400rpm at 65mph with my 18" wheels. Not bad in my opinion. I drove around with 4.10s for 2 years without any problems or complaining about mpg's, IIRC, I got about 24 mpg.

Bud, I don't know you and I don't want to offend you. But you need to rethink the whole backpressure idea. Why do you think that backpressure is good?

im pretty sure ive gone over this with you before..... backpressure is a myth, it will never help and only hurt

ideally you would have no pressure at all but thats not actually possible

in the real world the idea is to optimize velocity vs. flow, if you have enough flow to keep up velocity with a 3 inch exhaust system then your fine, if not you'll lose power due to "stagnant" (hardly but the best term i could think of) exhaust flow, in other words the exhaust will just sit inside of the tubes and swirl around a great deal before finally making its way out of the system

like ive said before, its just like head porting, you want to keep the air moving as fast as possible while allowing the largest entrance possible without killing the air speed (velocity).... any way you choose to say it, it all boils down to flow vs. velocity

Messed up part is that I haven't even gotten it on the road and I already want to make a couple of changes. I want the hood gone for a 3.5" Cobra R Hood and the ever popular Kaenen S281 spoiler. Once I get my car here to Az, you'll be seeing my hood and spoiler for sale.
