Finally got back to the sound deadening while I wait for parts to arrive

Pulled the stock 361ci engine out. It weighs 650lbs

Got the Godzilla dropped in for test fit and mock up. I have to lower it another 1.5”
The Godzilla weighs 530lbs

Comparing stock value t56 transmission
Stock transmission weighs 207lbs the t56 is 122lbs

It looks solid. American Powertrain is in my town, and they sell them. I think they do complete kits/installs as well.

Most expensive throw out bearing I have ever bought in my life. Hopefully it is worth it

More parts arrived. Header primaries, 3” stainless exhaust, bellhousing.

Installed the new camshaft, VCT, and valve springs over the past day and a half. Cam swap was painless and simple, the valve springs were the fight of my life!!!
