hey guys. looking to buy a pulley set up for the 2004 cobra motor.

any suggestions? im not really looking for a 14 pulley kit costing 999.99...... more just a blower pulley and maybe a belt-tensioner.

let me know what you guys think...

i was thinking this:

also, not sure what size to go with on 91 pctane pump gas.

yea, thats some of the tech info i was looking for. what idlers i need, tensioners, belt... . .. -.-

i got my fuel set up, intake, and exhaust all figured out. now its time to figure out the clutch, pulley, and ignition.

I'll call my dyno shop again tomorrow and get input on the pulley sizes. thanks for the links, they look like good products. ill see if we can work with this.

okay. i'd like to avoid the lower pullies, if possible. dont need overdrive/underdrive junk... just trying to keep it simple.

hoping for a blower pulley and a belt-tensioner that pulls the belt closer together under the blower snout.

http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/engine-tuning-214/686985-what-alls-needed-pulley-swap.html

that might help you some, also i'd highly recommend joining their site since they can provide a lot more information on the subject. He called it a Snub idler but i'm not sure if that is correct..

This is basically what you need, this will up the boost but not require you to put a smaller pulley on and have to deal with belt slip.
