q hp oil, also what plugs should i use too

have anyone use q horse power oil before? would it be alright if i use in a 94 gt 5.0, that just broke 130,000miles. Also what spark plugs should i use to? This is my first ford so i want to do it right. I want to have this car for awhile, got it from my grandpa before he pass away. thats why im asking alot of questions

It should be fine, but know that Q isn't real synthetic, neither is Mobile 1 for that matter, use whatever oil advertises to you best.

Autolite plug's are just fine as well. Consider changing the fuel filter as well, and ONLY use Motorcraft filters, or any filter you know has a drainback valve, otherwise just use motorcraft.

I like to use for plugs: NGK or Motorcraft.
