I'm interested in running gloss black SVE "Drag Classic" rear wheels in 15x10, but I'm not sure even with limited driving if I want to commit to 17x4.5 fronts or a more traditional front wheel. From those running skinnies how does it change the feel and driving dynamics, obviously can't take turns as fast, more room between you and vehicles in front, and avoid potholes... but does it make street driving more tiresome?

If I was going to keep a traditional front wheel, what front would you run? What size?

@RAU03MACH runs skinnies up front. He will chime in at some point.

I've toyed with the idea, but not sure I'll ever pull the trigger. I just love the way 17s look up front with the 15 out back though.

The front skinny tire I got from summit
26x6x17 micky Thompson
And they are approved for the street driving
Along with the rims I have
So far I have put a few miles on them
Welds you don't want to put on the streets

So, if I went full drag setup, I would get the front SVE 17x4.5 and the widest front tire I could fit.

If I go hybrid, I think I need to stick to a five spoke. Options would be:

Black Saleen Reps: 18x9
Black 03' Cobra Reps: 17x9 or 18x9
00' Cobra R Reps: 18x9.5

actually, you can run a 17x 6. 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8 wide up front
its the 15 that are not allowing enough clearance on rotors and calipers
15x4.3 is the widest.
for the drag set up

I was saying if I was going to do a hybrid setup, these are the sizes I could choose from for the regular front wheels through LMR. I know I need 17's up front to clear the Cobra brakes.

And 16s out back if you have Cobra stuff out back. Or some grinding.
