I don't have room to start a car collection, and I needed a truck for hauling. So the 'Stang has to go. It's a solid driver, been my daily for almost two years now. The 4.6 runs strong, but the Check Engine light stays on no matter what I do. It came to me with no mufflers, it still has no mufflers. Just something to take into consideration. It does have cats and it does pass emissions here in the DFW. I should probably mention it's a 5-speed.
Things I've done:
1) New clutch
2) New battery
3) New brakes
4) New headlights
5) New wheels/tires
Things still needed:
1) New top
2) New brakes (again)
3) Install the Steeda Tri-Ax shifter I bought
4) New shocks/struts
It's not a show car or race car, just a solid driver. It's still my daily commuter, the only operational vehicle I own.
I know I'm not going to get back what I put into the thing. I think $10,000 is reasonable for what it is. That's less than I paid for it, but the market has changed.
I'm in Arlington, Texas.

The picture still has the original headlights, but the new wheels/tires. You can also see some of the problems with the top. I'll get more pictures if there's any interest.
