Last fall I installed new heads with all new gaskets, then like a retard I left to much water in my radiator and it overheated quite a bit. Since then my oil pressure went from nice and high to the o on NORMAL, on the guage. What problem is this? Head gaskets, lower intake gasket, or something else? The valve seals were practically new.

Buy a real gauge, then report back with the results. I cannot opine on the adequacy of oil pressure in your motor based on the letter "O".

On the subject oil pressure is really more an "internal" thing, low oil pressure can be caused by worn oil pump, worn main or big end bearings, high mileage etc not usually by gaskets.
The reason being most manufacturers [though not all] take the oil pressure reading from an oil gallery directly off the feed to the crank so if the oil pressure is low its not a good sign. Definately get a proper reading either way.
