Question regarding an interior piece

Ok, so I am just wondering what that piece above the rear seats is.
It has three bolts that hold it in place and mine has been rattling, and I looked, and the plastic clips that go to the bolts are broken off from the main piece.

But I have no clue what it is called and that makes it hard to find a replacement.

i have one for sale if you need one, I think they are commonly called rear seat headrests or rear seat package tray headrests. IDK maybe thats just what I call mine. Anyways its out of a 2001 Cobra so its Dark Charcoal in color like the 99-04 mustangs. Its in good overall shape but had one broken tab in the middle, however the outside ones are still good. I am asking $45 shipped just due to the cost of shipping.
