Question?

Is there a reason why this has no bolt in it? It’s very loud pushing out air. I know it comes like that but wondering why? I will add that whether it’s plugged or open the idle and everything does not change. Thanks!

I thought there was a block off that’s supposed to be there? That would be a vacuum leak and make the car run bad if it’s open.

Should be a block off there. No air Should be coming out

It doesn’t change how the car runs when plugged or open. It’s weird.
