So I got my car back from the shop, getting the exhaust finished, drove it to work, noticed the check engine light came on. No big deal, did it before. Plus I know I have a busted downstream o2.
I ran to have the codes ran, its saying something that would resemble the o2 being bad, but also says the "right bank of motor lean".

What would cause that? Could the downstream o2 cause it to do that? I know before I did the swap, the motor was "right bank too rich"

What do I need to do?

Also, noticed I'm leaking oil onto my exhaust, passenger side. I know Im missing a valve cover bolt, but its all the way on the front, bottom side. Im going to go and re tighten those all down, but surely that one bolt isnt causing it to leak all the way to the back of the motor..?

Hope not..if its that one bolt causing it, gotta pull the whole valve cover off to put the bolt in ( the way teh gasket is designed and the rubber bushing of the bolt is designed..

Both of my downstream oxygen sensors were making my car run lean, I replaced them with the bosch and now the car runs like it should.

so even if its a valve cover bolt all the way towards the front, would cause it to run and drip down onto the exhaust to the back? Damnit..i gotta pull the valve cover to put one bolt on then..UGH.

Ill get a new downstream o2..I need 60 bucks though.
